18898 Lancashire Fusiliers, 19th Battalion.
Thomas attested 23/04/1915 aged 19 and embarked for France 20/11/1915.
In June 1918 he was transferred to the King's Royal Rifles (58802) and
was demobilised 06/04/1919. He lived at 144 Robert Hall St, Salford.
John Webb - Private - 52606
Northumberland Fusiliers 2nd Garrison Battalion and had served with the
Manchester Regiment (46958).
He lived at 25 Huddart St, Salford.
James Wilkinson - Private -
Grenadier Guards 2nd Battalion.
He lived at 75 King Edward St, Salford.
Arthur Woodhouse - Private
- 41871 Kings Liverpool Regiment 23rd Works Battalion and then to the
Labour Corps.
He lived at 74 Coronation St, Salford.
Arthur had worked as a porter and packer prior to the war. He attested
on the 06/12/1914 aged 24 years and discharged 27/12/1917 no longer fit
for duty due to inflammation of the kidneys (nephritis) caused by
exposure during active service.
